The goal of jk photolab is 100% customer satisfaction, with each and every order. As we do not color correct or alter your files in any way, it is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly check your files prior to sending to us. We cannot be responsible for poor image quality due to improper exposure or inadequate resolution. Be advised that the image viewed on your computer monitor may not exactly match the finished print. In addition, be sure to double check your paper choice and finishing options for accuracy.

Please contact us within 5 days if you have any issue with an order. Should there be an issue with your order as a result of equipment malfunction or jk photolab employee error, we will reprint your order at no charge or issue an immediate credit.
